5 Bedrooms and 3 baths, lovely pool and great dockage with good boating access out to Sister’s Creek and then out to the Ocean at Sombrero Beach or “up the creek” to Boot Key Harbor and on to the 7 mile bridge. Sombrero Beach is about a mile away by road and it one of the Keys favorite beaches. Central location in the Middle Keys with two grocery stores minutes away and shops, services and a great variety of restaurants all within a 5 mile drive one direction or the other.

The first floor, entry level, welcomes you with a siting area that opens to a back patio and the dock and a screen porch on the side with the pool beyond. The sitting area has a dining table for a snack or the perfect spot for board games and puzzles. A 50” TV provides great entertainment as well.

Two bedrooms are on this level, one has a queen bed and the second has a king size bed. A full bath connects the two bedrooms and offers a 6’ vanity and combination tub/shower. Sliding glass doors open directly to the screen porch and another set opens to the back yard patio and dock beyond.

The second floor is the main living area with a kitchen perfect for meal prep and plenty of room for helpers. Granite counters for easy care and an island bar top for additional prep space or seating for keeping the cook company. Well equipped with everything you would need for dining in on vacation. Steps away is a dining table with seating for 8 and the additional bar stools for 4 more are steps away.

The living area has beautiful and comfortable leather couches in a conversation area and a 40” TV for entertainment. An adjacent waterside screen porch has additional dining and relaxation areas.

On this level are two more bedrooms and a hall bath. One bedroom has a queen bed and one f the closets contains the laundry washer and dryer. The second bedroom has a King size bed. The hall bath is steps from each and has a spacious vanity and tub/shower combination.

The top floor is dedicated to the master suite. An open sitting area overlooking the main level is a great spot to relax and review the days activities and plan tomorrows or just read a good book! The master bedroom is private if you should invite others up to the sitting area and has a King size bed and reading nook. There is a small screened balcony with sitting chairs, great for a quiet evening chat or morning coffee. The master bath a great soaking tub and a tiled shower.

The waterfront has a concrete seawall the full width of the lot. There is a boat lift and davits that are not available for guest use but there is still plenty of room for your boat (s). One section of the dock runs 58′ while the section at the north end is 24′.
