Around the side of the home is the dock with a fish cleaning table (umbrella for shade if needed) and a swim ladder for easy access in and out of the water or your boat. A complimentary kayak is available for your use and the harbor is a great spot to explore.
Located at the south end of Marathon you will have easy access not only to great boating ocean or gulfside but to a wide variety of restaurants all within a mile drive or to the 7 Mile Bridge for a sunrise or sunset walk, where else can you enjoy exercise and the open sea air and look over a railing to see beautiful water and sea life! Bahia Honda State Park is just a 15 minute drive south for great beaches and relaxation.
Two of the bedrooms have TVs with the main TV in the living area. Utility room has a stack washer/dryer and chest bait freezer. The garage is available for guest use for a small car or storage of boating equipment. There is another parking space for a small car in the drive and street parking. Complimentary trailer storage is available at the rental office.
