The dining area extends into a second sitting area for another quiet spot to catch up on the day’s activities. 

Two bedrooms are located on this level with a hall bath between serving the bedrooms and living area. The first guest bedroom has two twin beds and the second has a queen size bed. The master suite is upstairs with its own spectacular bath and private balcony for waterfront viewing and that first cup of coffee in the morning! 

The pier dock offers not only dockage for your boat but is a great spot to relax over the water on the built-in bench or jump in for great onshore snorkeling. Fishing is even reported to be not only great fun but successful off the end of the dock! 

Fabulous free form pool has an elevated spa with a waterfall into the pool and a second rock waterfall that has a built-in bench underneath. The pool entry is stepped from very shallow to the deep end. The shallow entry is perfect for young children

A pet may be considered, permission must be given and if allowed a $150.00 pet fee. 

Please note the boat lift and garage are not available for guest use and that we typically book only on a Saturday to Saturday schedule and do not break up an additional week for extra days less than the next full week.
