A gracious beach side style home, beautifully furnished with casual elegance, and equipped with all the amenities for a great family vacation. 5 Bedrooms and 3 baths offer room for all and the expansive living area can comfortably accommodate everyone from the sectional couch for TV entertainment, sitting area and dining table for 12. A window wall of glass across the length of the living area brings the outdoors in with beautiful vistas of the Gulf of Mexico which can be viewed from every area of the living areas and kitchen. The kitchen is just steps from all the fun so the cook and helpers are never away from the activities or conversations. A protected porch off the kitchen is the perfect spot for morning coffee or a quiet moment before the day’s start or to catch up at evenings end. The kitchen is well equipped with a Monogram refrigerator for amply food storage, range with microwave above and dishwasher. Steps away is an under counter ice maker in the entertainment bar and a second refrigerator for additional cooling or beverages with a top freezer compartment.

The master bedroom is waterside with a bank of sliding glass doors for water views and a step out porch that adjoins the living area. The private bath has a double sink vanity, dressing area and separate shower bathing area. Two other guest bedrooms are at this end of the home, one with a queen bed and the other with custom bunk beds providing 4 twins for a great kids room. A hall bath serves these bedrooms as well as the living area. Located on the other side of the home is another master bedroom with garden views, a king size bed and private bath and the 5th. bedroom, a cozy retreat with a queen size bed.

Beautiful grounds surround the home and a free-form shoreline creates a charming tidal area and a side yard garden with a pathway walk and tropical hammock landscaping adds to the get-a-way atmosphere of the home. The dock extends out into the Gulf for great dockage in the summer and fishing year-round. An underwater light is a new feature and is on a dusk to dawn sensor. Great evening entertainment (never know what might show up next) ! Enjoy but do not move or try to relocate the light, we would like everyone to be able to enjoy it. Dolphin pilings line two sides of the dock for additional lines to tie off your boat. A small boat ramp is located next to the pier dock for convenient launching of kayaks (two complimentary Kayaks are onsite) or jet skis. Please note the lifts are not available for guest use.

Fabulous pool and spa with a step entry for easy access or to sit in shallow water to cool off or with young children, built-in seating and stools! All with beautiful views of the water. Poolside is a covered patio with a built in gas grill, mini fridge for beverages and bar area for food prep or a light bite and undercover couch and seating area to relax out of the sun and enjoy the poolside activities and views. Want to nap outdoors in the shade? A fabulous hammock on an arc stand is next to the seating area so you can doze but not miss any of the action.

From the moment you get up to start the day to the close of the days activities this home offers an everything view of the skyline and water, from fabulous sunset color to crystal clear sky and sparkling water or the drama of storm clouds marching across the horizon, each as beautiful to view as the other.
