Your stay at this 4 Bedrooms, 4 Bath residence will be a vacation to remember! Driving through the gates and up the winding driveway all you see is the lush tropical landscaping until you come to the house where the property opens up to the waterfront. Over 200′ of seawall with the pool set on the side of the home to take advantage of the views and the sunsets! The pier dock stretches out into the Gulf of Mexico and provides great dockage, if you don’t have a boat it is a great spot to fish or jump in and snorkel the shoreline. Please note the boat lift is not available for guest use.
Did I mention sunset? You can see the sun drop into the water or have fabulous sunset color from the living areas, balconies, screen porch, pool, spa and dock! Take your pick of a different location each evening! The oversized pool with new elevated spa and dock is just icing on the cake!
<br>The home has two levels connected by either the interior elevator or outside stairs. The upper level is where you will find the main living area with dining and kitchen, all with water views and a screen porch off the kitchen with a built in grill island and steps to the pool deck. The master suite has a spacious private bath with a soaking tub and walk in shower. The master has a King size bed and TV. The guest bedroom on this level has a queen bed, TV and interior access to the hall bath so you could have two master suites.
The lower level has an expansive second living area with a sectional couch for big screen TV viewing and a second sectional couch for reading or just relaxing and looking out at the Gulf of Mexico. A second refrigerator serves as a beverage cooler, microwave for popcorn (movie time!) and a round dining table that works great for games or puzzles. Two guest bedrooms are also on this level, one with a Queen bed and one with 2 twin beds. Two full baths on this level (showers only no tubs) and a laundry room complete this level.
