Your stay at this 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Bath residence will be a vacation to remember! Driving through the gates and up the winding driveway all you see is the lush tropical landscaping until you come to the house where the property opens up to the waterfront. Over 200' of seawall with the pool set on the side of the home to take advantage of the views and the sunsets! The pier dock stretches out into the Gulf of Mexico and prives gredat dockage as well as a great location to fish and jump into the gulf for nearshore snorkeling.
Did I mention sunset? You can see
the sun drop into the water from the living areas, balconies, screen
porch, pool and dock!
Take your pick of a different location each evening!
The home has two levels connected by an interior elevator or by outside stairs. The upper level has the main living area with dining and kitchen, all with water views. The master suite has a spacious master bath with a separate soaking tub and shower. The master has a king size bed and TV. The guest bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, TV and interior acces to the hall bath so you could have two master suites. Off the kitchen is a screen porch which leads down to the pool.
The lower level has an expansive second living area with a sectional couch for the big screen TV and a second sectional for those who want to read a good book or just relax and view the Gulf waters. A round dining table serves as a snack spot, playing cards or working on puzzels!
There are two more bedrooms on this level. One guest bed has a queen size bed and there is a powder room across the hall. The second guest bedroom has two twins and has an adjoining door to the hall bath and laundry area.
